New students can apply for housing only after being fully accepted by the Admissions Office. Current and Returning students must be in good financial standing with the institution in order to apply.

Tenants must be enrolled in an approved seminary degree and maintain a minimum of six hours of regular delivery method classes on campus per semester (spring and fall) during his or her tenure. Internet classes and i-term classes may not be used to reach the six hour minimum.

Beginning January 1, 2018 General Housing deposits will be equal to ½ month’s rent (minimum $150). This will be due once a housing assignment is made. Dorm deposits will remain at $150. Payment instructions are provided upon submission. The deposit is refundable when the reservation is cancelled at least thirty days prior to the move-in date or at move out.
